JeetBuzz Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with or using the JeetBuzz platform — whether through the website, mobile browser or the JeetBuzz app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and JeetBuzz.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the JeetBuzz platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use JeetBuzz, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real full name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not be accessing JeetBuzz from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to any cooling-off period at the time of registration.
• You must not be a JeetBuzz employee or an immediate family member of a JeetBuzz employee.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before a withdrawal or during a routine account review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in your account being suspended and withdrawals being placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one JeetBuzz account. If duplicate accounts are identified, JeetBuzz reserves the right to close the additional accounts, void any associated bonuses and, in cases of deliberate abuse, suspend access to all associated accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JeetBuzz login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. JeetBuzz staff will never ask you for your password through any channel. You should use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact JeetBuzz support immediately. You are liable for all activity that occurs on your account until you notify JeetBuzz of a breach.

3.3 Account Currency

All JeetBuzz accounts operate in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Your balance, transactions, bonuses and winnings are all denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to your account at any point.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. JeetBuzz may apply an inactivity fee or administrative charge to dormant accounts in line with the platform's current fee schedule. Players will be notified before any charges are applied where contact information is available.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

JeetBuzz accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Deposits are credited to your JeetBuzz account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

JeetBuzz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from accounts in other names will be returned and the transaction may be flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If that method is not available, JeetBuzz may request an alternative verified method belonging to the account holder.

Before a withdrawal is approved, JeetBuzz may require identity verification documents if they have not already been provided. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be reviewed the following business day.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may differ between payment methods. JeetBuzz reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

JeetBuzz offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated clearly in the offer terms. Not all games contribute equally — Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer states clearly who is eligible — whether it is for new registrations only, existing players, or specific player segments. Attempting to claim a bonus for which you do not qualify, or creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus per household, device or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.
• JeetBuzz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, JeetBuzz's decision is final.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

JeetBuzz offers Sports Betting, Casino games, Live Casino and Slots. Each product type is subject to the general rules outlined here as well as any product-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

All bets placed on the JeetBuzz Sports Betting platform are subject to the betting rules displayed in that section. Bets are accepted at the odds available at the time the bet is confirmed. JeetBuzz reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by data errors, obvious price errors or events cancelled before completion.

In-play bets on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. JeetBuzz may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without prior notice.

6.2 Casino & Slots

All Casino and Slots games are provided by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). JeetBuzz does not interfere with game outcomes in any way. In the event of a game malfunction, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Live Casino

Live Casino games are streamed from third-party studio environments. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. JeetBuzz is not responsible for interruptions caused by network issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's systems.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JeetBuzz platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with JeetBuzz games or the betting platform.
• Colluding with other players during casino games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using JeetBuzz for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in any behaviour intended to defraud JeetBuzz or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing JeetBuzz staff through any communication channel.

JeetBuzz employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited behaviour. Where a violation is identified, the platform may take action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by JeetBuzz

JeetBuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where a violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed. Suspended accounts will not be able to log in, place bets or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your JeetBuzz account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to verification. Accounts closed at a player's request may be reopened upon request, subject to JeetBuzz's review, unless the closure was initiated as part of a self-exclusion.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.
